Good product. Shipping time noted on website appeared to be the time they take to fill their order inhouse vs the time the product is actually delivered.

Love how it folds up and the net stays in place! Plus, how it clicks into place lets me know I've folded or unfolded it correctly. I didn't want a table that was basically two platform pieces that were pushed together... in that case I would have worried if the table was level. The online videos were helpful for assembly. Heavier than I expected to maneuver the box. Only downside is I didn't fully realize they didn't come with paddles and balls. So, we had to run out to a local store to buy those.

Maria, We are glad you are happy with the table and the safety features are reassuring. It is good to hear the videos were helpful, we will continue to share information in this way. Since customer's like to choose their own accessories we do not bundle them with a table. We do plan to have accessories available for sale on our site soon. We do have a full inventory of accessories and parts should you need anything in the future. Enjoy your table, Cornilleau Customer Service.

Mike, Thank you for the feedback. Cornilleau America promptly processed the order and shipped the table quickly but it seems the table was lost by the carrier. We apologize for this delivery delay. We began working with the carrier immediately to get an update once we became aware of the problem. We contacted you to share what information we had gained and will continue to keep you in the loop as we get updates. We will ship a replacement if preferred. We will stay in contact to know our next steps. Thank you, Cornilleau Team

This is the second outdoor table , that I have purchased in 15 years. The tables have been very good quality and have fulfilled all of my families expectations. Cornilleau, however needs to up it's game with US, distribution and customer communication. Both purchases have had unique , issues with product delivery, that made the transaction frustrating. The table is worth the effort in my opinion, however there may be a better value , with a competing product. 50/50

MK, We appreciate your review. The Cornilleau tables are very well made and have a 10-year warranty. Cornilleau takes customer service very seriously and we want to hear about every issue including delivery. We work with reputable LTL carriers, however, it can be a very challenging industry to work with. We like to have complete information about concerns, please contact us so we can work to resolve any issues. Thank you, Cornilleau America Team
