They produce great durable insoles. I've had mine for several years now.

We custom ordered active orthotics for my daughter after the first pair we ordered through her podiatrist cost us $500. The process was so easy, the orthotics have worked great for her pronated feet, and the cost is WAY better. Definitely recommend as an alternative!

I have 7 pairs, and put them in all of my shoes. Granted they do not fit in my dress shoes because I have a high arch and have the maximum thickness and arch you can do. They do fit in all of my tennis, training, and basketball shoes and have been wearing them religiously for several years. I've only had to get 2 pairs refurbished that I used for a little over two years in my basketball shoes that I kept moving in and out of different shoes (before I ordered 5 more), and because i sweat so much and kept pulling them in and out of the shoes, the blue came padding was starting to come off. But all I had to do was send them in to get refurbished and they look and feel brand new. Definitely a great investment if you need strong, long lasting insoles. These have reduced a lot of my knee pain and plantar fascititis and I definitely could not find anything like this off the shelf at anystore or online. Very Happy with my purchase here.

my old arch supports had collapsed. I was barely able to walk because of pain in the right ankle. I took about six months to partially recover. For the first year My feet could tolerate about 8 hours max. For me they worked and I avoided surgery. Way more affordable than the heavily advertised competitors. Just ordered three m ore pairs.

The representative that helped me was friendly, knowledgable and professional. I have been wearing the 3/4 length active orthotics for 3 weeks now and they have helped to stabilize my feet to their each unique contour. I have high arches and these feel so much better than the one shape fits all that I had been wearing. Happy with the great price too!

I was able to receive the foot mold boxes and retrun promptly. Bilt supplied insoles that matched or actually improved on my aging orthotics from a podiatrist. The new insoles work great.
