What a wonderful company! My first contact with the staff person was terrific. He took his time and gave me as much information as he possibly could about the product and whether or not it might work for me. He also assured me that if it did not work, there would be no problem getting a refund. With that information and assurances, I did purchase the orthotic kit. I found out from my specialist that, unfortunately, this orthotic would not be right for me. I called and spoke to Laura, who was absolutely fantastic in her response. The company, Bilt Labs, is only concerned that their clients get the kind of care they need. And Laura had no problem refunding my money immediately. I have plantar fasciitis, and we have been shopping for a new pair of tennis shoes that would fit my condition. Then my son sent me the link to Bilt Labs (BL) for an extra pair of insert for the new shoes so I don't have to switch them. I was doubtful about this new company, however I wanted to give it a trial, Bilt Labs did not disappoint me with their product and customer service. I was very impressed with their above and beyond professionalism and caring of their product. Along with my new pair of insert, BL sent along the measurements and their findings from the mold. I ordered 2 pairs of the Everyday Comfort Plus several months ago. I am going through the Plantar Fasciitis healing process and these insoles have made my life livable again. Excellent construction and amazing in how much they are helping to relieve my foot pain. Getting ready to order 2 more pairs to put in additional footwear.
