Great Customer Service
Absolutely great customer service and completely unexpected assistance! Laura M went above and beyond and really helped me out when all i was expecting an answer to a question. Thank you Laura! And the insoles are great!

Better service than the podiatrist office
I've been wearing custom orthotics for over 10 years. I usually paid for them out of pocket at my podiatrist as they were not covered by my insurance. When my last pair were shot I went back to my podiatrist and they were no longer providing the service, even to out of pocket payers. I researched online options and I kept seeing Bilt Labs being recommended. I tried their sizing kit, and it was the same experience as the podiatrist. Plus I was able to work with Laura for 3/4 size insole options, as well as resizing work. Things I was never able to get done easily at my podiatrist. From now on I am a Bilt Labs customer!

Happy Feet
You can’t imagine how great it is to work a job standing on my feet for eight hours and not having any foot pain. Highly recommend these orthotics!! Well worth the money!!

Laura Is PERFECT
Laura responded not only quickly, not only in a friendly manor and showed genuine care about my issue but also was able to provide me with a cost free replacement on my insoles which are desperately needed. When I say this is going to help me so much with my job in being active with underprivileged children I sincerely mean it. I have been raving about you guys since this email.
