The product isn't working for me not true to size

The item arrived earlier and it has Great quality, fitted perfectly👌🏻

I ordered a 2 peice outfit for a friend for Christmas and a Coat for my wife..first the set was two different pattern pant and sweat shirt was different can't return it because it last 30day. Ok but the coat has a detachable. " Fur "collar and it's uneven the collar is missing button and or hooks so one side of the collar hangs longer then the others.. ibshiuld have known better I never order from these sute but I did check the reviews and there was no red flags . But now there dozen of bad reveiws. And I submitted a return request and im stoll waiting for a response... stay away from urbenieus its horrible be ware

This company sell rubish the photo's and discription doensn't match the product. They don't sent you a return label or giving your money back

If I could give this company no stars I would. Ordered a carthart coat it came it wasn’t authentic and was cheaply made. You can just rip the material like plastic. I then asked for a refund Ofcourse shipping it back. I was then told after paying 125 they would give me 35 dollars back. I threatened a lawsuit and they agreed to return in full after receiving the package. I sent the cost out provided a tracking number and when it got to California the person refused it and now it’s on its way back. Also the number provided is currently disconnected please don’t order from this site it is a scam

Scam!!! No compres en esta website! Compré 3 cosas, una chaqueta, un vestido y un pantalón. Utilicé las medidas recomendadas que te dan en la web y lo que recibí fue más grande de lo esperado aparte de recibir el pantalón completamente diferente a lo que yo había pedido. Quise devolver las cosas grandes y pedí que me enviaran el pantalón correcto y solo me daban la opción de quedarme las tres cosas y darme una parte parcial del dinero que había gastado que no llegaba ni a la mitad. Después de varios emails les dije que ya no quería nada y quería mi dinero y me dieron la opción de devolver la ropa pero pagando yo la devolución que me costaba casi lo máximo de lo que ya pagué. Ahora me he quedado con tres prendas que no puedo utilizar, un pantalón que no he pedido y 100 libras menos. Ahórrate el disgusto comprando con esta compañía que son unos impresentables
