I placed my order on Jan 18th. it is February 1st and I still do not have more order. So I really can’t tell you about the product but I can say shipping is terrible. I ordered it for a birthday present needless to say the birthday has come and gone and they still don’t have their gift. I hope when it does come it’s nice. I contacted customer service but they said I needed to give it another week. When I placed the order it said it would arrive in 5-10 business days. It’s been longer

J'ai passé commande le 27/12/2025, et j'ai reçu les colis 1 mois après 2 tee-shirt et 1 pantalon qui ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai commandé. Très mauvais site ,il faut payé le retour et attendre 2 mois pour l'échange en espérant qu'il m'envoie le bon article. Les tee-shirt on l'air correct alors que le pantalon et en mauvaise toile. Site à éviter

I am giving THE COMPANY overall 2 stars, but the 2 stars are for the style and quality of the product. So I will start with the good. The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the quality was fantastic! Problem 1. Wrong size - minus one star. Problem 2. There is no customer service number; its done through email - BAD - minus one star. Problem 3. I am getting replies through email but the return options I am offered are: 1. keep the wrong size dress for a $20 store credit or 2. keep the wrong size dress for a $20 partial refund - wrong answer for an almost $60 order; hell, the shipping only was $15... for a dress that was NOT expressed, 2 day or priority shipped. $15 standard shipping for a single dress.- minus one star They have some things that can be fixed, but right now, I am not happy with Urbenie customer service, which can make or break a new company.

The product isn't working for me not true to size

Ich bekomme etwas Angst 😱 wenn ich hier gerade diese Bewegungen lese ! Ich habe ein Hoodie etwas länger mit Kapuze gekauft und kannte leider diese seite hier noch nicht 🤔 Es stehe bei DHL ein klein Paket ,was mich stutzig gemacht hat. Auf Grund dessen habe ich nach Bewertungen gesucht ! Es gibt bei dem Teil was ich gekauft habe, nur 3 Bewertungen, die angeblich alle gut sind mit 5 Sternen! Auf Grund dieser Seite hier bin ich mir nicht sicher ob diese Bewegungen echte Kunden sind ! 😳 ich bin jetzt etwas geschockt und kann jetzt leider nur hoffen und Beeten, das alles gut wird! Aber dann lasse ich lieber die Finger von dieser Seite ! 🙏 Was ich hier lesen musste ,ist alles andere als okay und wie gesagt das lässt mich beängstigend zurück ❗️🙏😳

I placed my order weeks ago. The problem is they don't let you know how to track it,it doesn't list any type of shipping company that you can use the tracking number they provide to check it. That's very unprofessional. And then I emailed them like three times and have not got a response back. And I emailed days apart from each other.

Die Ware ist minderwertig und hält nicht was die Werbebilder versprechen wollen. Preis Leistung ist nicht gegeben.

⚠️ Arnaque, ça vient tout droit de chineet non des États-Unis!! Ne pas acheter sur ce site, c'est de la contrefaçon, pas les même produits que sur les photos donc très chère pour ce que c'est!! Et en plus attendre un mois pour ça!!
