Okay I went through a roller coaster of emotions with this purchase. Here is my full experience. I found this site through a Pinterest ad. I have a rule where I don’t order from where I don’t know or companies that I don’t know of. Also, I don’t do international orders because it takes way too long and you have to deal with clearing customs. But I was so in love with this sweater dress and it was a good price, I had to have it, plus I didn’t know at first that it was a Chinese company. Ordering was easy, I will say. I ordered two dresses and four pairs of leggings to get the free shipping: $95 order. I checked reviews and broke another rule, look at the worst reviews and make a decision based off of that. I looked at the five star reviews and felt confident in ordering my dresses. My card kept declining for some reason, was a sign that I shouldn’t have made the order. I ended up using my virtual card and the order went through. Yay. Order didn’t ship for almost two weeks. When it shipped, I couldn’t track it at first. It had to leave China before I could get a tracking number. Of course, customs delays it and it sat for over a week. I was so frustrated and before the order shipped, I kept emailing and asking for the order to be cancelled. If you email customer service, you only get communications from a bot. I was repeatedly denied a cancellation. Finally frustrated and thinking that I was scammed, I filed a dispute with my bank. It finally shipped and I finally got my order. I received one part of the order the day before yesterday and the other yesterday. The dresses are of good quality. They are soft and comfy. I will warn you, beware of the sizing. It’s an Asian company so the sizes will run smaller. I’m currently undergoing body recomposition and still cutting fat, so a few more inches off and I should feel a bit more comfortable in my dresses. I got them on and they fit well, just a little tight for my liking. Will I ever order from them again? Absolutely not. I’m happy with my order and the quality isn’t the best but also not the worst for what I paid. But, it took forever to get my items and I can’t speak to a human. I would normally exchange for a bigger size but the shipping took WAY too long. I’ll just deal. I hope this helps and sorry for the book.

The shipping process was to long. Your website should advise people where the item is coming from so that shipping and delivery would be understood.

I hope the quality in these coats are as good as the pictures ?? 😊 if you’re gonna order any of these coats, I ordered an extra large felt like a small on me go double the size or they’re gonna be too small and quality doesn’t look as same as the fancy picture I’ll tell you

Ich habe mir mehrere bräunliche Retro Carhartt hoodies, sweatshirts und jacken gekauft. Sehen schön aus und passen mir auch. Preislich okay, ist natürlich kein original, aber ist mir egal. Würde euch jedoch von einem Kauf von Lederartikeln abraten, komplett billig und trägt sich unangenehm auf der Haut.

I love the style of clothing offered, and I like how the Carhartt brand has reinvented itself! Everything seems to be of good quality and the prices are attractive. However, I am disappointed not to have benefited from the "new user" promo code which promised 50% reduction, + 5% additional (pop up wheel game) on the total of my order.... I only got 5% reduction... very unfortunate. I really can't wait to receive my items!
