I'll be fair in my rating. My first time ordering, no issues and beautiful dress that fit perfectly and I'm plus size. Second and remaining times haven't gotten my free hijab until 3 months later and they mark an item as shipped when in fact they've never shipped the item or have it in stock. I would say after I receive my dress, which I've been waiting for over two weeks to come even though it says shipped, I will try a couple other stores and I may just put it on my list of stores that take forever to end your clothing, like Annah Hariri. Quality of clothes: 10 out of 10, shipping 0 out of 10, and trustworthiness of company 3 out of 10. I would say if you're interested in ordering from Urban Modesty order from a couple other places too because you won't have your dress for a couple months. That way you still have other options to wear.

They are big time crooks. Do not purchase from them they’ll take your money and won’t deliver your merchandise. To get your money back call your bank.

Do not trust them at all. Item was missed in the shipment. I returned another 2 items. But didn't get my money back. About 2 month I cannot get my money back. You should not believe them. Please, do not repeat my mistake.

1) They do not keep a proper amount of clothes in stock or advertise that they have clothes they do not have. I was given the option to get another item - which they did by giving you a gift card for you to then go back and buy another item. When the item didn't work out ( see #2) they refused to give credit refund because I used a gift card. Bated into keeping my money with them. Really irritated because I was also charged to return the item and there it no other product I can buy. ( I didn't realize it would refund to a gift card) 2) Products are not well suited for larger individuals - even though they claim to have "plus sizes", they are too small to actually be plus sizes. They are also not suitable for those that have larger breast sizes as they are too tight from the top in comparison to the bottom half. (I say this as someone that has a small cup size- which is really saying something). Maybe they will be fine if you are a size 0 Overall very disappointed - I have had other issues with them in the past including poor response and sending incorrect product. It took me about 6 months to get it corrected and it just shouldn't take that long. Tried to give them a second change but will not be buying from them again- no dress and $50 down the drain.

I placed an order using the discount code that was offered to be by the company. I purchased 4 abayas and 3 hours later I received an email saying that my order was cancelled.

traash company, waited for months for a dress that would never come. Do not know what I am supposed to do to get my money back.

I made a terrible mistake of purchasing a dress for a friends wedding 3 months prior to the wedding from this place. The wedding has come and gone and i still have not received the dress 4 months later. The dress sat with the shipping company for 2 months before movement. And i was made multiple false promises of it arriving within “2 weeks”. The responses from customer care team are most insensitive to the issue and basically full of ignorance, they have a “don’t care” attitude and its evident. Really shouldn’t be operating as a business because they simply cannot deliver. Terrible service, terrible shipping, false promising and their no cancellation policy only works in their favour because they know they cant deliver. I can’t even comment on the dress I haven’t received it till now. Will be filing a complaint to the Business Bureau and I can see now that its not just me having terrible experience with them. If i could give no stars, i would. Just fed up.

this is an amazing store! it has a ton of beautiful dresses! mashallah and great hijabs with amazing affordability!
