Beware! Do not purchase from them. They are crooks. Worse customer service I have experienced. I had to wait 5 months for an order that I did not receive and then they refused to refund back my money. They kept lying and tried to put the fault on me. If you are in the same scenario as me then i suggest you contact your bank and apply for a chargeback. Provide the bank with evidence, the bank will want your email correspondence with the merchant and they will give you full refund after investigating. If enough of us complain then visa, mastercard, etc will not want to work with them and hopefully this will teach them a lesson to not practice dishonesty.

This business does not believe in customer satisfaction. If you want the run around and garbage customer service you have found the right place. I will never purchase anything from here again. Not only did I receive my package a month late I also received the wrong size on one of the items. If I would’ve ordered from another country it would’ve reached me quicker. Very disappointed in the customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unfortunately customer service is exactly as previous negative reviews have said. Maybe the physical store is better, but ordering online has been really a difficult process. I really feel it is dishonest to send an email saying an item has shipped the day after your order and 2 weeks later it still says shipping label has not been created. I also paid an additional 14 dollars for faster delivery. I was contacted via text about one item was out of stock and when I inquired about my order a week later they said it would arrive by end of week. That was a week ago and I still have nothing. I again asked for an update, this time with no reply. This is a standard practice it seems as I have ordered from them 3 previous times with 2 times having major issues such as wrong size dress sent or no replies from customer service. I really like their dresses.amd I want them to succeed, but this truly will be the last time I order form them. I hate leaving negative reviews about small businesses, especially ones from fellow Muslims, but I have yet to have a positive experience ordering from them with the exception of the first time. Insha'Allah they will fix these issues and become a more efficient and reliable company.

Dishonest. Bad representation of modesty, hijab and islam with these lies. They lie to you and act like they know better for you!! Never tell the truth about shipping your order. Lazy and unreliable, not sure why they try to trick you by saying items are shipped when obviously they are not. you do not get anywhere by calling them. you will discover their lies if you call shipping companies for clarifications and why your item has not arrived yet. it is frustrating.

Loved everything about this store! The clothing is hijab-friendly and the staff was so helpful and caring to customers! Would definitely shop here again.

Their customer service is the worst. I wish I could give 0 stars. They take forever to respond to your inquiries. They don’t care. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest! They’ll take your money but won’t ship your order and they give you bunch of excuses about it and are not apologetic at all. There are better companies out there with great customer service. Don’t give them your money, they don’t deserve it. The five star reviews on here is definitely them!
