One of the items I received did not fit. The pants were short and the top was too tight ( it was XL/XXL) I normally wear a 14 or 16. Then the return process was crazy; return postage, 10% restocking fee, plus if you ordered enough and got free shipping, you now have to pay that shipping cost. So that turns out to be a significant amount. And it seems to be doing what is intended and that is to deter any returns. I am very annoyed and will not be ordering again. I am not a satisfied customer.

Second time I order and things not packed well or when they say they will provide free gift when you spend a certain amount they don’t include. I ordered because I wanted the tote but nothing came. They should have at least mentioned or let me know they ran out or while supplies last. I think this last time o will ever order from them. Sad because I live so far away from such places that sell hijabs etc

Don’t get me wrong, I love the dress, but the size description online is not correct. The dress is a little too tight on the bodice. The size description online, for the size I got, is supposed to be a littler bigger than what I am currently but then I tried it on and it’s too tight. Then I went online to exchange and they’re out of the size I need.

Please bring some more diverse products and sizes in the Astoria, Queens location. Thank you.

52$ for this Material so bad and too my much even though it’s on clearance but still not worth it honestly it’s like a prayer abaya. This is my third time to purchase something from your Website and unfortunately only one dress was okay.

I really loved one of the dresses the other didn't fit right and I returned it but I had to pay 8 and some dollars for the return...it was so expensive.. I won't be purchasing from Urban modesty again because I cannot pay that much for returns.

I like the clothes but the customer service is bad. I don’t always get responses back when I email because the company sends something incorrect. It’s hard to get a hold of someone.

Salaam, I placed order SF87815 recently and received the package a few days ago. One of the dresses was replaced with a different dress which I was made aware of. The abaya is fine and I plan to keep, however the two dresses are too small and I cannot wear them. I opened a ticket for one dress but it will not let me exchange the other dress, so I have lost money on a dress that I cannot wear. I like your products but if I cannot exchange the dress for a medium, I will just shop with veiled collection or modern hijabi.
