MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY FLAT OUT SUCKED!!! 1. You order. 2. They confirm, take your money 3. They tell you a shipping label was created and give you the tracking number 4. Nothing else happens, you wonder what's up. 5. They tell you its the fault of the delivery service 6. Then they offer you a store credit 7. If you use it, they claim they don't have the merch to sell. 8. You ask for a refund. 9. They refuse claiming your merch was sent. 10. You don't get your money or the merch 11. You try relief from your cc company...they block it. Their bank supports this. ? 12. They tell you they would refund it but you have to give up your rights to dispute and protection given to you by your cc company 13. You complain to better business bureau., they ignore it. 14. You call, they don't respond. 15. You try their chat, they tell you -nicely of course- that you're an idiot and they would refund your money but cant because you're disputing it. OUTCOME: I Literally contacted every consumer protection agency, and they did virtually nothing. It was only my bank that provided relief after I had to prove why they should! AVOID BUYING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The worst experience I have ever had, I shop 90% online and this has been the worst. They sent a wrong size dress and one dress with the tags cut off so that they could pass it off as another size. Ordered in June and still going back and forth with them. They never answer their phone which is a red flag in itself, respond to emails one week later. I was offered a refund for the S size sent and gift card for the second dress, OMG, like I would even want to deal with them after all this. I refused the store credit and waiting, someone else posted that they drag it out so that you get fed up and give in. Not me, I will fight for every penny of my hard earned money, Don't ever order from them and warn your friends and family not to either. They are very shady in their dealings
