Great company but every once in awhile they send the wrong color, size or missing belt. I'm the type of person that reads one or two bad reviews and than I won't order from a place...and after reading a couple of bad reviews about Urbanmodesty I decided to take a risk and give it a try since Macy's also sells their clothing therefore they must be a real company and not a scam. My first order had about 7 dresses, and all the dresses were exactly as pictured. There was a dress that was a little long for me so I had someone I knew remove excess length from the dress since I don't really wear heels or platforms.. I looked at the size chart and their stuff seems pretty true to size. After receiving my first order I decided to place a 2nd order of about 7 dresses since I liked everything in the first order so much. Everything fit me and I'm a size Large. Everything was exactly like the pictures and the packages arrived very fast! One of the dresses I recieved had a missing belt so I sent them an email and they responded and shipped it out right away! I feel bad for people that had buyers remorse or haven't recieved their order yet, but I personally have not experienced anything bad with this company so far. If you don't like a dress you can easily return it. I really like that this company has a wide range of dress styles. Thank you Urban Modesty 😊 UPDATE 1/31/2022: One of the dresses that I recieved had a missing belt that I still haven't recieved. They gave me a tracking number for it but it still hasn't moved. It's been more than a month now....and it's a big deal for me because the dress is not that great without the belt.

Horrible customer service . They advertise 2-4 days shipping. Good luck with that.. they "create a label" for your shipping within that time frame, BUTTTTTT by the time it actually ships, it an additional 10-14 days.. ive contacted them and they are using the excuse that shipping companies are backed up... why I don't have issues with other things I've ordered.. they are based in NY not overseas. I ordered something on Nov 28th and received an email that it has been shipped on Dec 1st. When I click in tracking it says label created only. Today it's Dec 12th 2021 and same update of just a label created..

Awesome destination to buy modest clothes. The designs were beautiful and just as I expected. I was skeptical before placing my order but went ahead placed. I ordered a product which I wanted to change after placing it so I called them. The customer care was excellent they immediately responded and placed another order for me. The quality and the color was excellent so I went ahead and placed another which I had to return because the size didn’t fit. The return was smooth and they replaced it too. Looking forward to buy more in future 👍🏻

Horrible company !!!!!!!! Stay away!!!! Clothes are horrible , customer service horrible!!!!!!

The worset customer service by far I made my order in june and still did not get it in November. First, they delayed shipping my order because one of the items I purchased was out of stock even though I told them to refund it and not delay the shippment. Second, I contacted them because I did not get my order and now they are telling me to figure it out with the shipping company that "THEY" are using. Don't waste your time with modest muslim online shopping website they all have the worset service.

It has been almost a month and my items have not arrived. I am so disappointed. It seems they either do not know what they are doing or do not care. I even ordered some of their clothing at Macy's and since the items ship directly from the vendor the same issues arose. The shipping status stays the same for weeks " Shipper created label, usps has not received package". I wish I had looked into this website more before because I now regret these purchases. I hope to get my items within the next week or so or I will have to take further action. UPDATE: My package arrived but only two out of the 5 items arrived. ( 9/30/21) still waiting for the other three items with no updates or mention of the items from urban modesty. UPDATE: Items from macy's arrived but were the wrong items, tried twice to get a replacement both times the wrong items were sent and have now requested a refund. DO NOT waste your time or money on this brand. This is the first review I've ever written but I felt I had to so that no one else makes the same mistake I did.
