Thank you for your feedback! We truly value your input as it helps us improve and serve you better. We understand that you really like the dress and recognize that our summer dresses are in high demand. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We did our best to get it shipped promptly, but unfortunately, during the processing we found the item is not shippable and restocking took longer than expected. Because we did not want to keep you waiting, we issued a refund. Additionally, we offered alternatives and a gift card to ensure you still have a pleasant shopping experience. We are responsive to your needs, which prompted us to reach out by phone in an effort to resolve the issue. As a learning organization, we see this as a vital opportunity to enhance our processes. Your experience is incredibly important to us, and we are dedicated to making things right.
