I ordered a pair of plugs as my first purchase and when they arrived I realized they were the wrong size (completely my fault, I'm not super familiar with plug sizing). Returning them and receiving a refund was super duper easy since I had not opened the bags they came in. I recently ordered a septum ring as well as a bar and turquoise stud for my medusa piercing. They arrived sooner than the expected date. Both packages had a cool sticker as well as a card with different percentages off. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with everything so far and am already planning my next purchase!!

My kids enjoy really small earrings for their 2nd holes so they love all the choices. Everyone in the family has super sensitive ears so the titanium ones have been very comfortable.

Never had any issues. Started my stretching journey using the single flare glass plugs from here and it's been smooth. Unfortunately, they didn't carry the half sizes I wanted for some of the smaller sizes, but that's okay. Everything is good quality and arrives decently quick.
