I’ve been a loyal customer for some years. I’ve noticed the last couple years when I order my size it is noticeably smaller than normal. Then I’m troubled with them falling out and sitting funny in my lobes. I tried sizing up to compensate for this but the plugs I got were way too big and I don’t actually want to size up. This is unfortunate and makes me want to go somewhere else. Make 32mm an actual 32mm again please ((and let me know cause otherwise I’m not ordering again)) 😭

One of my 3 items is way too small and not what I ordered as far as size. Easier for me to leave a review than it is to return and jump thru hoops to fix a mistake I didn't make.
