Was told order shipped when I tracked it and wasn't . They don't have a number to reach someone. Sent various emails to get a refund and nothing . Terrible place to do business with !

I have been shopping at urbanbodyjewelry.com for nearly 3 years. This company has been great. Customer service is on point. Free shipping over $20. They offer a rewards system as well!! A couple of downsides I’ve noticed recently. Having 42mm ear lobes, the prices become a bit steep when looking at glass, stone, or bone material. They also don’t seem to have a huge selection the bigger you go. Which honestly sucks. I only started stretching above one inch because I had found urbanbodyjewelry. So putting those two “issues” that really affect just me. These guys are great!! Huge selection of clickers for septum at 16g. Again you start going bigger the selection is not as vast!

I received my order and it was a horrible experience. The package was very late and I never got a response from the costumer support team. And after paying 16€ for the shipping I had to pay another 16€ to receive my package (which was not stated anywhere on the site).

Horrible service and comany they messed my order up twice I ordered nose rings they were wrong size both time first time had a bad allergic reaction because it was not titanium was stainless steel I paid for solid titanium they said they fix it after a Horrible allergic reaction well the sent wrong thing again and then when I proved them with proof they called me a lier and said the jeweler was Wrong none of them were titanium even and 2 different jeweler at different even comforted it was not titanium this comany is clearing trying pass off cheap jeweler as hyperalergenic high quality jeweler witch is very wrong I did finally get a refund but do not recommend to anyone!

I regrettably ordered from this site, to never receive my items, a response from the seller, or a refund. I had to open a dispute with my bank to retrieve my money back. STAY AWAY!!!

Love this place! They are one of my go tos for my plugs! Never had a issue with this place, they’re great!

i bought some ear weights from here, and i love them, i live in Denmark and the shipments was smooth, the only issue i did have was when i had to pay for it, i had to make a papal in order to pay since the normal way of paying with your card info wasn't working for some reason, love the quality and its was easy to find what u want, overall great experience

Ordered some tapers and plugs once. Another time I ordered hoop earings and more plugs. Great quality, shipment went flawless to Denmark from the US.
