Order has been stuck at Heathrow for nearly 40 days now, tracking just says 'arrived at destination country' for the last 3 weeks and Royal Mail are 'still expecting it'. I have emailed them about this only to be asked to wait longer, I've reported an issue via PayPal to be refunded. To add to the annoyance I was gettinf emails requesting I leave feedback for my order long before the estimated arrival date, what a cheek to ask for that when tracking shows I haven't even had my order yet. Won't be ordering from them again.

i ordered 2 14k flower piercings and both have lost a jewel i thought they would be high quality for my tragus piercings

My first time ordering it took a week to get my jewlery (which is fine). The second time I ordered it took just over a week to receive it. My jewlery was good and correct but my gf's wasnt. The gauge and size was wrong. Reached out to customer service and they said they would send the correct one out. The next day I got the email that a label was created (nice right?) 2 days later I get another email that a label was created (wth) Its been over 2 weeks and she still doesnt have her jewelry. I ordered 10/25 and here it is 11/2 unacceptable

Never received my order. They never shipped out my order. When I emailed them I just got a generic answer about their shipping policy but nothing for my order .

I bought a “Wooden” Plug when it got to me it was plastic. I emailed them and told them there was a mistake. But they just told me that it is wood and I must be retarded

Honestly it took forever for my small package to arrive, so that’s just the start. When i finally received my order, one pair of my plugs dumped into my hand in pieces. Clearly after following back how it was packed, there was so effort given in shipping them safely. The other plugs are okay, but honestly sadly cheap material for the price you pay in the end. I’d go to Etsy or other sites. Sadly, urban body jewelry is mid as hell. I’d advise shopping elsewhere. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I placed an order with urban body jewelry on December the 6th. Delivery stated 8-10 days, well 2 weeks roll by and I hadn't received my order, I contacted them and was told it is on the way, they are behind because of the holiday and lots of orders, will arrive on December 23rd. Well it is now the 24th and my order still hasn't arrived, this was a Christmas gift :( Now tracking states December 26th, not holding my breathe. Assuming it is lost at this point. What a HUGE disappointment.
