Their jewelry truly is hypoallergenic and it’s good quality but you need to know what your measurements are already and their customer service is a little wonky and it’s just emails no actual phone number but the prizes are good but shipping is thru usps so it does take a minute… so honestly not the best but definitely worth your money :)

I’ve been a customer for several years now. They have affordable pricing, and a wide selection of sizes. They also have a pretty good rewards program and frequently offers discounts. My cons: I wish they did not carry any stainless steel. I suppose if you are not especially sensitive to nickel or you’re wearing a piece short term it may not be too much of an issue, but any good piercer knows that 316L grade stainless steel should never be your first choice for a body piercing or stretched lobes. Therefore, I find it hard to trust a company or piercing studio that carries stainless steel products. Although UBJ throughout the site offers a wide size range, that doesn’t apply to each piece. There are several tunnels & plugs that only run as large as 0g. It’s tough that as a long time customer, I’ve begun to outgrow most of their collection.

Never got my stuff and only got partial refund for it.

I often have issues with getting incorrect sizes and lengths but when i DO get what i want they never irritate me & they're always lovely. I buy from here often & recommend it to everyone.

Ordered asf titanium jewelry had a massive break out was told by piercer that anything bought the through retailers not by piercer is 85% not what is said to be. As the US leaves 5% wiggle room for inspection so if it contains 2% nickel it passes as nickel free

not bad at all. The jewelry arrived quickly here, and i like the variety here. shipping was also decent but i expected slightly better packing. overall fine experience.
