I bought a “Wooden” Plug when it got to me it was plastic. I emailed them and told them there was a mistake. But they just told me that it is wood and I must be retarded

I love all of the jewelry I've purchased. Things arrive fast & in great quality. I had an inquiry recently that was answered quickly. Things were resolved quickly.

An item i had was out of stock. they reached out to me to inform me of it, and gave me the choice of a refund or a replacement of similar price. very happy with my correspondence and items. i have bought from them before and was very happy with the items, I've had some pieces for years and have had zero issues with them.

Honestly it took forever for my small package to arrive, so that’s just the start. When i finally received my order, one pair of my plugs dumped into my hand in pieces. Clearly after following back how it was packed, there was so effort given in shipping them safely. The other plugs are okay, but honestly sadly cheap material for the price you pay in the end. I’d go to Etsy or other sites. Sadly, urban body jewelry is mid as hell. I’d advise shopping elsewhere. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with urban body jewelry. I have many pieces from them. They’re all very high-quality. They have excellent customer service as well. I had a piece that had broke and they refunded me and gave me a credit for something else, I highly recommend!

I placed an order with urban body jewelry on December the 6th. Delivery stated 8-10 days, well 2 weeks roll by and I hadn't received my order, I contacted them and was told it is on the way, they are behind because of the holiday and lots of orders, will arrive on December 23rd. Well it is now the 24th and my order still hasn't arrived, this was a Christmas gift :( Now tracking states December 26th, not holding my breathe. Assuming it is lost at this point. What a HUGE disappointment.

I ordered two nose rings for my daughter. they are so so small. I can't believe I paid 120 dollars for this crap. mine are supposed to have a cz edge. maybe with a magnifying glass it can be seen. I feel very ripped off. I haven't opened my packages so im definitely sending them back. I think they are gonna be too small for her to wear. very disappointed. I hope I'm wrong and will update this review.

I bought two sets of 9/16 black silicone plugs, one solid the other tunnel. Their website was easy to navigate. Order was shipped in a timely manner. Jewelry I received was as described, size is true, seem to be made well and have no flaws. This was my first time shopping with them and my experience went well.
