This is going to be my HONEST unbiased review of working with this company. I SERIOUSLY encourage you to read this review as this review will heavily describe the kind of company this is. Wow where to start - so let’s go over potentially the worst factor, customer service. I’m sorry but customer service whilst designing a logo is absolutely vital, this companies customer service is beyond abysmal, diabolical. Now I’ve gotten that point forward let’s move on to the story - stay with me, this is important. So let’s start from the beginning, I needed a new logo for my company, (to give you context, my logo is an owl) so as you do I had done the research and found some inspiration of a logo on google, now remember that word ‘inspiration’ since it’s key. So I’ve come to this company and I’ve paid for a package, I had described that I wanted an owl, and I’ve made it so simple for them, I attached the inspiration logo that I found and google and requested I wanted a similar logo, same sort of style, but I wanted them to put their own creative twist on it so it wasn’t the exact same logo I sent them. Why change it you may ask? Let me explain - if you’re business savvy you will understand that you can’t just use a random logo found on google and use it for your company, as this can result in massive copyright, so that’s why I told them, and I made this very clear, that I did not want them to recreate that logo, just make a SIMILAR design and put a twist on it - you still with me? Great - so I also requested that I just wanted the logo image, and not any text, since I have my own text logo sorted and what not - remember that part too, that is key. So fast forward a few days, my logo has been sent, the first revision has been uploaded. And you’ll never guess what they had sent, you ready? They had sent me, the EXACT and I mean EXACT same logo I sent them as ‘inspiration’ and just removed the background, and ready, put it on some TEXT!!! So essentially they disobeyed my two most important and vital requests! Not only making it legally impossible to use the logo (since it was the exact same thing I found on google) it also was wedged inbeteeen some text, so I couldn’t even use the logo even if I wanted to! So I was shocked, so I contacted my designer via live chat, I waited a whole 7 days to get a message back and I explained the situation, not only was he horrendously unhelpful, he also could barely speak English so that didn’t help either - I requested a phone call with him and he agreed. So we get on the phone, poor English and shambolic mannerisms, he would cut me off in the middle of a sentence and not listen to me when I was explaining my problem, complete unprofessionalism. Regardless, I looked passed it and he said that he would talk to the senior designer and get this sorted. He added that it would be sorted and uploaded within 24 hours, fast forward 4 days, finally the next revision was uploaded - so his promise was invalid. Anyways the revision and I kid you not - was the exact same logo I had sent them, except they had warped it and made it fatter, annnnd they again wedged it between text! So I was livid - I said to my designer I wanted a refund, he offered me one last chance to get this fixed and I would have the fixed logo by tomorrow morning, so I thought no harm - next morning comes around, no logo, next day.. no logo - 5 days pass, no logo, on this day I message him asked where my logo was, he apologised and said it would be ready in an hour - this tells me that no effort at all went into my logo, so I was correct - 5 hours later my logo gets uploaded - hooray they listened and removed the text, but, that’s not it - now before me I have 3 logos - 1. The same logo I had sent them at the start, but it was fatter. 2. The same logo I had sent them at the start but the face was uglier. And 3. The EXACT same logo I had sent them at the start.. horrified by this I had enough, I requested a refund and that is where I am at now, by reading other reviews I can see that they lie about giving refunds and what not do we shall see! Honestly and I mean this, do not work with them. Save yourself the time and stress and money, and Go somewhere else. Thanks

I was looking for Social Media marketing and wasn’t finding anyone who would do a good job and also have friendly rates. A friend who is also a customer at Uptown Logo Design asked me to get in touch with them. She actually CCed me in one of her emails and the marketing team took it from there. To be honest, initially, I had my doubts about the whole thing since my business was entirely different from my friend’s. This was until I took the chance with them and got the initial content plan for the first week. I literally had to make only one change and the rest of the thing was as perfect as if I would have done it if I were that skilled. I bought their 6-month package, and with four months down, I am proud that I went with this company. My page is doing great and I have been regularly reaching a good number of people on my page while boosting is giving me additional like and signups regularly.

A pretty good team of designers however they typically take a longer time to finish work than initially agreed on.

This team is hands down the best design team I have ever worked with. And being associated with a digital agency, I know what I am talking about. Their website design team, the account managers and the support guys are all very professional. I say this since they are all always connected to you and remain as responsive as they can be with every update. With the designs in place, the development team took over. And believe me, I was never out of the loop. No matter what stage, I was always updated about my website, the page that was being developed and what was I getting. My package also allowed a few stock images, having said that, they gave me the liberty to choose the best ones I thought would look great on my website. I just started a new business and was in need of a logo but didn't really have a final look I wanted. I sent them a few examples and they were able to design exactly what I wanted. It only took 2 days for everything to be completely done! Their customer service through the chat feature was also amazing as I had some questions along the way that they were able to answer right away! I am very happy with my logos and will be using them in the future as I would like more logos to put on merchandise that I will be selling!

These past two and a half months have been tough for me since I was continuously giving my word into every process that was taking place. Concerning my logo and website designs. But today after seeing the website live and getting appreciations from clients and business stakeholders, I am sure I made the right choice here. With the logo, they gave me the concepts in two parts and that’s what stole my respect for them. Literally, I gave them feedback on the initial two concepts from my packages, and they not only incorporated that into the concepts, but they also sent me 3 new ones alongside the feedback that I had given them. Luckily, for this, I asked them to finalize one from the new ones they sent me. It was just that great. By that time I thought I missed on the website but learned later that once the logo was done they were quick to process the stationery and website designs. The website was perfect the first time. And I asked them to move ahead with the rest of the design as well. Within no time, given a few tweaks, the designs were ready and we moved into development. Here too, they sent me regular updates about everything that they did. And so yesterday, they finally gave me the link to my live website. I am so happy with the result of it all coming together to the brilliance it is. Thanks a lot, Uptown Logo Design, I owe you one!

Perfection doesn’t even being to explain the overall experience I had with uptown Logo Design. They know exactly what the customer wants and that’s what they gave me from the first time I got my concepts. Once I had just an adjustment to the contour, I knew this couldn’t get any better. It was just the perfection I was seeking. This is probably the first time I am so excited about a purchase I did online. I would like to give a special thanks to Mike Anderson and Nick who helped me place the order. If it wasn’t for these guys, I guess the results would have been a bit different. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get design services on a budget.
