No matter what I write here I know many will still doubt shopping for a service online. However, trust me and take my word on it. These people are actually legit and 100% genuine and will make sure your project is done perfectly. I got them to work on my logo, website, stationery, and social media currently they are doing a mobile application for me. From the initial order brief on day one to the project development initiation these people got me connected to everything that was happening with my project. And it didn't end there, once the development was in a phase that they could generate beta versions, they started giving me updates to check on my phone. Even though initial ones would crash too soon, I was happy they started to show up as I wanted them to. Within no time my application was complete and ready to be deployed. I am highly thankful to them for being quick with the project, and letting me decide what works best for my application. Love their work, love these people.

I would rate those 10 if I could. I so mean this. Like literally they were quick to guide me through the process, had me select the requirements and allowed me to have a say in the whole process. Not only was I giving them the instructions that I wanted to see in the designs but also allowed me to get as many revisions as I wanted. They actually lived by their promises and satisfied me completely. I got multiple services and I am still going to keep coming back to them with even more services that I want from them. Thank you for all your support, please stay like this forever and I will forever be all praises for you.

Firstly, this company is a lair, their design is not bad and customer service is very bad. They guaranteed to complete the website in one month, actually they used more than 3 months and then I paid extra money for one year maintenance plan, then after 6 months, they told me that I paid 6 months plan, I need to pay again if I need any website maintenance.

There is no place to put a zero (0) otherwise I would, but this has been the worst nightmare of a service I have ever received. Did not deliver on their promise, phone calls unanswered, chat request ignored, emails ignored, reported them to the BBB and still no action, my request for a refund has gone ignored. At this point and time I feel scammed. I would strongly recommend AGAINST this incompetent, careless thing they call a business.

I was sold a bill of goods in Sept of 2018. Branding, Logo, Website, Social Media Management, etc. Almost a year later, all I have is a Logo and a couple of screen shots that look just like my old website and now no response whatsoever from my rep Lucas Frater. I have requested a full refund of everything except the Logo, and await a company response to determine if legal action will be necessary. Until I hear how the company is going to deal with this, I would say steer clear. ** Also noted - most of the 1 star reviews complaining about lack of performance, etc- were from late 2018 to present (Mid 2019). Wheels appear to be coming off the cart there. ** Update July 29, 2019 - After them making excuses that no one was monitoring last agent's email - and that he left the company, I was reassigned to Jason who promised me they would have my website delivered within 10 business days. It has been 1 additional month now- still no website. And as of today, no answer on phones at ULD, and no response to emails over the past week. They have $4,400.00 from me for Logo, website, Branding, Logo and Social Media setup - only a LOGO has been delivered. They are non-responsive to BBB - next stop is AG. If they are still in business, I will be surprised. If not, watch and they will pop up with a new name soon! Class Action, anyone?
