Wow! How wonderful to hear!! We are very serious about our customer service being the best in the U.S. We've all experienced poor customer service in one way or another and we promise our customers, that is not what you will experience here!!

Mary saved the day. I ordered 2 custom orthotics. I ordered two daily wear, when what I really needed was a running orthotic, which required a different order type, even though I stated it was for running. Mary pointed this out to me, and now I'm good to go! Thanks

These are amazing. Worth every penny. They take a very long time to get. Very. But they’re great.

Thorough help on the chat line. Seemed more concerned with my overall satisfaction rather than the quick sale. Still researching the product but first experience was good.

Live human chat! Sometimes you need to ask a question that an automated system can't handle correctly. That made this experience a great one. Answered my questions well and quickly!
