These are not custom.Poor product and worse customer service
These are not custom.Poor product and poor customer service. After I received my initial 2 pairs I contacted customer service and they sent out a new pair quickly. Despite that my issue is still not better. I then asked for a refund and they went 100% silent. 2 weeks and 8 messages with no reply. Stay far away from this scam!

Dishonest company.
This company will not reimburse me for a purchase I canceled over a month ago. They keep promising someone will reach out and no one does. I'm out $349. This company has no integrity.

No refund provided after returning product
It has been over 30 business days of me returning my orthotics and I have not received my refund. Support has gone radio silent. I do not trust this company. UP-200240896

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I wouldn't buy a product from them again. Waste of money nothing but constant foot pain. Break in period is a joke and read refund and warranty terms.

Ryan did an excellent job of helping me get my order dialed in
