First, I received B width insoles that the entire length of my feet hang off the sides by about 1/4"! They had molds of my feet and clearly should have been able to correctly gauge that I am a D width. Second, I submitted a return request and complaint about them to Upstep support. Their response was a form letter thanking me for my positive feedback. Unbelievable!

I’ve had problems with my feet for most of my life. Flat feet, no arches, growing up with doctors tell my parents I needed hard inserts which were terrible! I developed plantar fasciitis about 6 years ago after jumping rope while working out. I seemed to get over it by wearing a special boot every night, foot exercises and wearing orthotics that were prescribed and fitted for me. Fast forward to about three months ago. It came back with a vengeance. I found this website that basically did the same thing as going to a doctor and get it fitted. I placed my order and happily receive them in about 3 to 4 weeks I started wearing them and it seemed like my arches hurt even worse I contacted Tech Support to see what could be done, and they happily remade some, and took out a lot of the structure and made the orthotic softer. I am pleased to say that my feet are now starting to feel better with these softer supports they went the extra mile to make my feet happy thank you.

I received them finally , but am very disappointed. No arch support for over pronation bilateral, no metatarsal pad on right side (this side was to be a duplicate of last order taking in consideration of Freiburg on 2nd metatarsal. You suggested using this material because of cushioning for left ankle post orif , there is no additional cushioning. This will be my last order and will post review of “New method of scanning feet” which is worthless. Not to mention it took way too long to receive.
