This training was very helpful and did not just focus on definitions. It did a good job providing explanations to concepts. Stephen Mercer was an amazing instructor! He really took the time to put in valuable information for the exam that he learned from his experiences. He provided us with many practice questions that really helped cement the information for that day. Practical exercises are a must for me and my learning style and he did great providing those throughout the course. He kept the class at a good pace and was easy to understand and follow. I would recommend any class taught by him.

Great PMP Class. This was one of the best PMP classes that I have ever attended. The instructor Todd was great and he explained everything very clearly. I like his style of training and professionalism. Overall the class was great and I highly recommend it. Thanks.

The instructor Todd was very knowledgeable and clear, and had plenty of experience to answer any and all questions. In addition, all necessary materials and extra tips and sources were included.

I usually don't write reviews, regardless of whether my experience with a company is good or bad, but how I was treated by this company has had a significant impact on me. This is by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant company I have ever worked for. To this day, I regret my decision to work here. Not many people realize how unprofessional this company is and how poorly it treats its employees, especially those who have contributed significantly to its growth. What troubled me day and night was the way the company ended things with me—very unprofessionally, humiliatingly, and insultingly. It’s well-known that professional companies do not treat their employees this way, yet this company did. They used me according to their needs, squeezed me dry, and ultimately threw me under the bus. However, my experience with this toxic environment motivated me to stop working for the wrong employers, start my own business, and focus on my goals. Behind the management's narrow-minded behavior is a manager (whom I'll refer to as "Albert Paul"; no one bothers to know his real name, as everyone here uses fake names) who is angry, offensive, controlling, unprofessional, intolerant, ignorant, and downright toxic. He believes he knows everything, considers himself superior to everyone else, and acts as if he’s the sole decision-maker, portraying himself as skilled and professional. He will go to great lengths to eliminate anyone who dares to say something he dislikes. This middle-aged man is as charming as he is dangerous, and as friendly as he is toxic. He joined the company just a month ago and managed to convince management to terminate an employee who had been there for two years—someone who had been loyal when nobody else was and had made significant contributions to the company's success. This style of office politics is common, where certain individuals discreetly work to eliminate those they dislike. Such behavior is often supported by management, who have little knowledge of what’s going on and base their decisions on perceived financial benefits. This focus on profit over values, ethics, and principles characterizes their approach to running a business. Many companies have individuals like him, who engage in office politics and hop from one company to another in search of authority and control, thereby hindering personal growth. I was taken aback to encounter such people. Throughout my career, I have seen others who clashed but who were able to fight, forgive, and ultimately work together professionally. This toxic manager lacked basic communication skills yet criticized my professionalism, knowledge, performance, character, and behavior. However, he didn’t have the courage to confront me directly, instead opting to ask management to dismiss me through indirect messages. Short-sighted management chose to listen to a manager who had only been with the company for a month, rather than to someone who had contributed for two years, generated substantial revenue, and had single-handedly covered payroll for months without any other employees’ contributions. A piece of advice for management with such a narrow perspective: don’t start a business without knowledge just because you have money. Before starting a business, it is essential to understand how to value and treat every employee equally. Don't dismiss employees simply because your favorite manager dislikes them. Learn the values and ethical principles that every employer should adhere to in order to run a successful business. Always do the right thing, regardless of the financial gain of the wrong person. Money may come and go, but no one will remember how much money you have or how many companies you run. However, they will always remember how you treated them. Oh, and one last thing: don’t let your manager control you and make you feel like a slave just because he’s profitable. Additionally, you need to improve your command of the English language along with basic ethics.

The instructor, Stephen, was great. He is very good at making sure the information gets across. I like that he cares about the information he is providing, unlike other certification training I have taken in the past. Stephen understands that this is a lot of material, so he takes his time to explain and quiz us on the information daily. The quizzes and the recorded material really help. Great Job!
