Upskills CertificationsReviews of upskillscert.com

My original class was cancelled last minute and Upskills did not provide notice. It was infuriating, and I almost cancelled. Fortunately, my experience in the actual class was far better. This review would have been one star if not for the instructor and the other students. Monica Muzina is an excellent instructor. She illustrated an abundance of knowledge and kept the content engaging, successfully bolstering participation by all of the students. The course contains a near overwhelming amount of content. Everything was presented with high regard for the students needs and all content not directly reviewed made available along with an invitation to contact the instructor and other students during continued preparation. The in class experience was five star.

My initial experience with this company was pretty terrible. I signed up for a live class only to have it canceled the day of TWICE. Ultimately I agreed to take the online version with Stephen Mercer. He was fantastic. Great timing of the course and lots of artifacts to use going forward. Do not hesistate to take virtually. The company also worked with me after the initial disappointment.

Stephen Mercer shared a lot of documents to help me continue my prep after this course, which is much appreciated. He also did a great job of sticking to course timing every day and giving breaks. He did speak very quickly and sometimes things felt like they jumped around a bit, but the lessons were recorded so I can go back and watch.

Stephen Mercer was amazing. He gave good examples, provided so many helpful resources and paced the course well. My only complaint was the scheduling directly with the upskills staff. My in-person training was canceled and postponed 4 times until they shared a virtual online option.

Stephen Mercer was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful as an instructor for the PMP cert course! He also gave us a plethora of study materials to help us get even more prepared for the exam. Not gonna lie, its a pretty grueling course that makes you feel a bit like you're in information overload. It is structured with breaks throughout to help mitigate the feeling though.

The classes were very informative and Stephen did a great job. Highly the course and the insturctor.

Instructor Stephen Mercer was very professional and went over a lot of well-organized material in the four-day PMP training. He was able to provide real world examples of why the training is relevant and important for project managers in today's business environment. I feel better prepared to sit for the exam as a result of this training.

Course was on point, on schedule and clear and understanding messaging. Instructor provided additional information that will be helpful not only for test studying but real-world applications.
