Stephen Mercer was a great PMP course instructor - while the work ahead of me to study successfully for the exam and fully comprehend the course material is clear, I trusted that Stephen prepared me as best as anyone could in a limited time! He was very thorough and clearly has expert level knowledge about the PMI way of thinking, the exam, and project management best practices in general. He allowed space for questions, and for students to test their thinking out loud while still keeping us on time and on track. The pace was fast - most of the concepts and terminology were new to me. I probably could have used a slightly slower paced, and extra half day of training. Coming from a social sector industry, it was very interesting, but also challenging to make sense of the concepts mostly using examples from tech and manufacturing industries. Could some of the examples be drawn from scenarios in nonprofit social services, philanthropy and fundraising, public/government sector work? Overall, Stephen was an incredible facilitator and I'm impressed with how much material we got through, and how engaged I was. Thank you!

This course is 4 days over 2 weekends to get you prepared for the PMP certification test. It's a lot of information and really great templates and resources to learn a lot about Project Management and Agile methodology.
