I enrolled for the April weekend review as this was my only availability. I was assured that I would be in the April weekends intake in an in-person class settings, in fact I made sure this was clear in my email communications. So after confirming this would be the case, I was sent an email link for payment, which I did pay on time, only to be told a day before the class start that the classes would be cancelled due to the child delivery of the instructor’s wife! I mean, isn’t it too lame? Didn’t they know when the instructor would be “on leave”? Despite many repeated insurance of training on April weekends? Seriously?
The sad part is when I requested for a refund, I was given lame excuses that the refund is out on priority, yet to date, none refunded. Unbelievable service. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone at all

This is by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant company I have ever worked for..
I usually don't write reviews, regardless of whether my experience with a company is good or bad, but how I was treated by this company has had a significant impact on me. This is by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant company I have ever worked for. To this day, I regret my decision to work here. Not many people realize how unprofessional this company is and how poorly it treats its employees, especially those who have contributed significantly to its growth.
What troubled me day and night was the way the company ended things with me—very unprofessionally, humiliatingly, and insultingly. It’s well-known that professional companies do not treat their employees this way, yet this company did. They used me according to their needs, squeezed me dry, and ultimately threw me under the bus.
However, my experience with this toxic environment motivated me to stop working for the wrong employers, start my own business, and focus on my goals.
Behind the management's narrow-minded behavior is a manager (whom I'll refer to as "Albert Paul"; no one bothers to know his real name, as everyone here uses fake names) who is angry, offensive, controlling, unprofessional, intolerant, ignorant, and downright toxic. He believes he knows everything, considers himself superior to everyone else, and acts as if he’s the sole decision-maker, portraying himself as skilled and professional. He will go to great lengths to eliminate anyone who dares to say something he dislikes. This middle-aged man is as charming as he is dangerous, and as friendly as he is toxic. He joined the company just a month ago and managed to convince management to terminate an employee who had been there for two years—someone who had been loyal when nobody else was and had made significant contributions to the company's success.
This style of office politics is common, where certain individuals discreetly work to eliminate those they dislike. Such behavior is often supported by management, who have little knowledge of what’s going on and base their decisions on perceived financial benefits. This focus on profit over values, ethics, and principles characterizes their approach to running a business.
Many companies have individuals like him, who engage in office politics and hop from one company to another in search of authority and control, thereby hindering personal growth.
I was taken aback to encounter such people. Throughout my career, I have seen others who clashed but who were able to fight, forgive, and ultimately work together professionally.
This toxic manager lacked basic communication skills yet criticized my professionalism, knowledge, performance, character, and behavior. However, he didn’t have the courage to confront me directly, instead opting to ask management to dismiss me through indirect messages.
Short-sighted management chose to listen to a manager who had only been with the company for a month, rather than to someone who had contributed for two years, generated substantial revenue, and had single-handedly covered payroll for months without any other employees’ contributions.
A piece of advice for management with such a narrow perspective: don’t start a business without knowledge just because you have money. Before starting a business, it is essential to understand how to value and treat every employee equally. Don't dismiss employees simply because your favorite manager dislikes them. Learn the values and ethical principles that every employer should adhere to in order to run a successful business. Always do the right thing, regardless of the financial gain of the wrong person. Money may come and go, but no one will remember how much money you have or how many companies you run. However, they will always remember how you treated them.
Oh, and one last thing: don’t let your manager control you and make you feel like a slave just because he’s profitable. Additionally, you need to improve your command of the English language along with basic ethics.

SPAM EMAILS!!
I get so many spam emails from this company, from multiple email accounts for PMP training workshops. I add each one to the spam blocker, but like cockroaches they keep coming through. Finally I replied to an email and it lead to the Upskills website, so quite frankly I'm leaving 1 star reviews on every page I can find. Enjoy!
