Great Instructor
Stephen was great at bringing the information in a concise understandable manner. The information on the slides and supplementary material are great additions but the focus by the instructor on key points really drives home the lessons in a way that self-study does not.

Upskills PMP Certification Prep Course
Upskills PMP Certification Prep Course Stephen was an excellent instructor. He quickly and thoughtfully responded to questions and feedback. His instruction was very intentional on reinforcing important concepts through repetition without becoming monotonous. Stephen provided valuable insights outside of the core course material from his own experience and presentations in industry. I would HIGHLY recommend Stephen to anyone seeking a PMP certification or just wanting to improve their project management acumen.

I really like the smaller class size…
I really like the smaller class size for the online version. Stephen Mercer is an excellent instructor. I will be recommending this class to my peers! The only thing that I would have liked to see included would be the workshop that is designed to help you pass the test.

Stephen Mercer was excellent
Stephen Mercer was excellent. Very knowledgeable and provided real world insight to the material. Would recommend anyone who is interested in a PMP course to ask for him.

Highly Recommend Stephen
Stephen was incredible and made more than enough time to allow for questions and examples. Personally, I learn better in person, however, Stephen made this experience far better than I could have hoped. If you are second guessing whether to take the in-person course or online, please consider the online course and request Stephen specifically!

Stephen Mercer is a terrific…
Stephen Mercer is a terrific instructor. I gave 4 stars based on the course, not the instructor, Stephen gets 5 stars! I gave 4 stars to the course, because I expected to be ready for the exam after completion of the course. There is much studying required following completion of the course.
