Worst delivery company. In fact I would not actually call it a delivery company - potentially at best an inefficient local post office service (at best). The services they advertise are a scam. They do not honor any of the dates or services they advertise. Use any other company. I wish this was just one occasion but it is the same every time we have used UPS. If they were a start up or smaller company they would have been shut down as fraudulent with false advertising. DO NOT USE.

I was receiving an urn for my mother’s ashes. So it’s already a delicate time. The sender from Amazon used UPS. A huge mistake. It only had to go 40 miles. I should’ve had it the next day. They didn’t give proper updates on where it was at on the app. Then they said they tried to deliver it at around 5:00 in the morning. If we would’ve known it was coming, we definitely would’ve been available for it. Then I changed the shipping location to the local store to make sure that it would arrive and I could get it, and not them saying they tried to deliver it when I don’t think they did. I called customer service and they just lie and pacify the situation. They don’t give a real resolution, they kept assuring it would be there by the end of the night. Meanwhile, it was lost in their sorting probably the whole time. Customer service said they would have a manager call me back because I was so angry. They lied about that. It’s the next day, and I’m hoping it will deliver today, but I have no faith in them. I’m so angry that the Amazon seller chose them for the delivery. I would submit a receipt of proof of my review, but since I’m on the receiving end of a delivery, I don’t have one.

After reading a lot of the reviews I don't know why I need to leave one. I live in a small trailer park. Mail boxes out front for each row of mobile homes with addresses on them. You would think the drivers would have the common since to figure out the trailer to deliver to. But don't think your the only delivery company with this problem. FedEx is worse than ups. I know I'm waisting my time but there it is.

Damaged my package that clearly had handle with care. The driver threw both packages on 2 different days eBay contained food items and damaged it but they refuse to fix it and insist it’s the shipper’s fault. No UPS driver damaged it

They said the address couldn't be found, so I called and confirmed the address was correct and I gave them delivery instructions that the door was on the back of the building. They said it would be redelivered the next day. The next day it is marked as return to sender so I call back and told "I assure you it is not being returned to sender, it will be redelivered today." I asked them to confirm the updated delivery instructions have been added for the driver, and was told they have been and the driver would call if there are any issues as they deliver. Later that day it leaves their local location heading back to the sender. I call again and they day once it's been tagged return to sender there's nothing they can do, I escalate and as im explaining the situation she interrupts me to say they vant do anything once it's scanned, even incorrectly as return to sender and hangs up on me. I have cancelled both my personal and business accounts with UPS since this type of thing seems to continually happen with no support or effort to resolve the issues.

all I could get for delivery time is by the end of the day so I have to be in all day waiting from silly o'clock in the morning and tracking updates are terrible also delivery time took so long.

On june 24 I was expecting my 50lbs box to arrive to an international courier in Miami from Charlotte by UPS. Apparently, the driver misdelivered the package in a wrong address (an Amazon Facility), the thing is my courier went there to search and recover my package (I talked to Amazon and they told me I could do so), according to them, the package was never delivered there, so either the driver missed / lost a 50lbs box or he stole it (hope not). The courier introduced a claim but all UPS did was saying my package was "lost", not even moving a finger to find out or talk to the driver, start an investigation or take responsability because I don´t want a refund. The contect on my package is very important and invaluable for me and my family, I just want them to try and investigate but they don´t even answer me...

Two weeks in a row I've been waiting for delivery of food from meals on wheels they don't deliver it to your apartment text 8 hours later said had been delivered it's perishable food that'been sitting in the az weather and all they said was we are sorry really file a claim
