We have been trying to get our packages delivered for about 2 weeks and they say that 1 of our packages might be lost and then the next day they say it is out for delivery. UPS has said our 7 packages are out for delivery several times but we do not get them. The Oskaloosa Iowa UPS needs new management to function right. Thier delivery time sucks

Lost package claim. The tech support from India is terrible. All the claim department wants to do is get you off the phone with no resolution. The tech department is useless, and can't figure anything out. They just pass you on to someone else, hang up on you, or sent you to a directory. The website won't let me upload supporting documentation. It is a total merry-go-round designed to frustrate you into oblivion so you just give up and take the loss. I have well over 10 hours with UPS and all they say is they are sorry and pass you onto the next person that wants a full explanation and then either pass you on to someone else or hand up on you.

The company's customer service is very bad They lost my shipment and there is no communication I sent emails I communicated on Twitter No response from them I advise not to deal with them

The worst customer service ever! I received notification that a package had been delivered just minutes before. However when I checked, there was no package on the porch. Nor was there a delivery photo. So being worried about porch pirates, I attempted to call UPS Then embarked on an hour long attempt to speak with a human. Hahahaha! You First you have to sit through their extended menus, then bots and even their chat is a bot. They do not want to talk with their customers! This is all about corporate convenience. Horrible! In the end I finally found a number that led to a human, (in another country of course), but by then the problem was solved. The package appeared on the porch. Turns out that some of their drivers mark things as delivered well before it happens. Why? No clue, possibly for statistics, job performance. Don't know, don't care. Horrible experience. Hire some people you corporate goons!

I paid for UPS delivery and twice now they have dumped my package at the post office.

UPS is the world’s largest mail deliverer, but horrible service. And the shipping period is not bad, it always stock somewhere and ZERO updates for several days. Hope they can improve the shipment.

I had one of the worse experiences with this center then I have ever had with any other center I've encountered/dealt with in my entire life. This is 100% no exaggeration either, I provide nothing but honest reviews based on my experiences. This place and it's employees I would avoid like the plague if I were you. I am by heart a nice person and called this center with some concerns, I was never rude or mean once. However, that was not the case from the UPS employees. I was spoken to so despicably by these employees- it was borderline harassment, 100%. Due to the shock and how disturbed I was by this, I literally started tearing up over the phone. When the employees heard the tears in my voice, they actually even got even worse and started to ridicule me. I can safely say my interactions with this "business" and it's "employees" was the worst experience I've ever had with a business and its employees. This place does not even deserve one star, unfortunately I cannot leave less then one star, but the most accurate rating would be definitely be 0/5 stars.

I buzz the UPS driver to pickup a return label package I have in my possession while delivering a received package for me to obtain and he left my package unattended and never arrived by my doorway to pickup my return package as I am disabled. I tried calling him back as a neighbor tried to help assist in getting his attention when he ran across the street to deliver another package and didn't give the neighbors a chance to answer while leaving a slip on the door and walking away in tow with there package he was then stopped by the neighbors and had to walk back with there package to deliver..very unprofessional overall and needs to be trained better on delivering packages to customers
