Usually it's ok,but my last order from Amazon was dropped of at different location.I understand it might be confusing to make difference between 545 and
545 B, but more attention from the delivery person would be appreciated. Its very frustrating when you try to find way without spending a lot of time to resolve this and BE SURE NEXT DELIVERY WILL NOT BE DROPPED OFF AT WRONG location AGAIN!

Why is it Fedex and Prime can delivery…
Why is it Fedex and Prime can delivery packages to my address but UPS cannot not matter what it is. For the last 4 or 5 years anytime I have a delivery and UPS is used they send anything and everything straight to the UPS store. What is the point of having UPS deliver anything when it only makes it to the UPS store. In the past I may received a note saying they tried to deliver something and that is a fat lie, I work from home. The past couple of years any and all UPS packages go straight to the store. I wish there was a way to not have them used for any of my deliveries. Worst company for so called deliveries.

Ups ALWAYS delays my Saturday packages....
Every single time I get a ups package delivery estimate that says it'll be delivered on a Saturday the actual package gets magically delayed. I'll get a delivery date, and as soon as I see it's for a Saturday I know it's not going to arrive. I've had other problems too. I complained that they never delivered to my apartment door and for months afterward they ONLY delivered my packages to my neighbors door. They mis delivered a $600 gift for my finance and I opened a claim. They sent an attractive woman to my house to get me to sign a piece of paper. I asked her what the paper said and she said it was simply confirming that I did not receive my package. I'm a sucker and signed it. 2 days later my claim was closed without explanation. I called to find out why and they told me I signed a paper saying I HAD RECEIVED my package! The lady tricked me. But every time, Saturday delivery, postponed. Always "an emergency situation or extreme weather has delayed you delivery". Most recently happened yesterday. It's greatly frustrating when you get tracking updates for a week saying Saturday and then Friday night they claim there been an unexpected delay. Once twice, ok but it's every time. This company won't hear you out in any way either. They are the worst. Laser ship does a better job and they're awful.

This has been the worst logistics…
This has been the worst logistics experience I've had in years of importing.
I paid everything in full the day I was invoiced, and more than a month later my goods still haven't been delivered.
The delays were avoidable and caused by UPS itself. UPS couldn't provide its own documents, sent payment reminders for money already paid, and charged fees nobody can explain. My written requests for proof and explanations went unanswered for weeks. When I finally made a formal complaint, the only response was a demand for more fees and a deadline.
No accountability, poor communication, unprofessional service and charges that can't be justified. If you're a business importing goods, choose another provider.

I shipped a package from Brandon
I shipped a package from Brandon, Florida at 10:47 AM with UPS's promise of delivery to Mayagüez, Puerto Rico on October 1st. I paid roughly $200 in fees for this expedited service. The package did not arrive on time.
UPS had all of the correct shipping information from the start. Even so, resolving the issue took more than five phone calls, along with multiple attempts through their chat support. The automated phone system was circular and frustrating, offering no clear path to a live representative. The chat was no better, with scripted replies that never addressed the actual problem.
Across those calls, I was bounced between departments and representatives, each of whom seemed unable or unwilling to take ownership of the issue. I had to repeat the same information every time, follow up repeatedly, and push at every step. In the end, I was denied even a partial refund and told to go back to the store where I dropped off the package and start a dispute there, which sent me right back to the beginning of the process.
I paid a premium for a time-sensitive guarantee. UPS collected the full amount, missed the delivery date, and left me to do the work of chasing a resolution. By the end, I felt like I was working for UPS rather than the other way around.
A company that charges these rates and markets itself on reliability should honor its commitments or make it right when it doesn't. I would think twice before trusting UPS with any time-sensitive shipment, especially to Puerto Rico.

Package has been sitting in Atlanta for days undelivered. Company keeps on changing delivery date. I know more about my package than the UPS agents I contacted. Horrible customer no service.
