As for myself I order an item that was slated 4-6-26 and a few days later a weather delay...so im panicking because b I needed this order so I upgraded for faster delivery and still no delivery date! Moral to the story I will be receiving my package on the original date and my upgraded fee was waived.. thx ups and great customer service!

Great services that work more often than not. The ability to see how close a driver is to my house is super nice. They are super consistent as to the rough timeframe that they say they will arrive in. Managing packages and setting a default pick-up location has been super nice. It worked 8/10 times before I got the paid package managing service. Now it magically works all the time…woopdy do. But at least it does work which is more than I can say about FedEx or any other shipment delivery services. UPS isn’t perfect but it is significantly better than the rest. I want every company to ship through them.

Despite the chaos and long lines, these two young ladies remained attentive, pleasant, and efficient, ensuring that every customer's needs were met. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness were truly impressive. They greeted each person warmly, took the time to address questions and concerns, and handled packages with care. Rashia and Julissa worked seamlessly together, demonstrating a clear commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. I was particularly impressed by their ability to balance speed with attention to detail. They processed packages quickly and accurately, while also taking the time to engage with customers and provide personalized support. As someone who's experienced my fair share of customer service, I can confidently say that Rashia and Julissa set the bar high. They're a credit to UPS and a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like. Kudos to Rashia, Julissa, and the entire team at UPS Store #1736! I'll definitely be back, and I'll be recommending this location to friends and family.

I had running boards delivered HEAVY the driver took the time to help me carry them all the way to my back garage. on 11-1-2024 palm drive in Fairview heights Illinois he went above and beyond. He seen an old Limping Veteran and helped him out= priceless

The clerk was knowledgeable and able to take care of my business without any problems.
