Uplead as a fantastic all inclusive data source for identifying high quality leads using a wide variety of filters to drill down on your specific marketing needs. I am very pleased with the quality of contacts I have received as well as the immediate and attentive customer service received. I would recommend this service over many others in the industry.

I change this review from 1 star to 4 stars after the customer service were great, answered politely and agreed to refund me. People must read carefully the term of the free trial, as right after the 7 days you get charged 890$ on an annual plan.

Signed up for a free trial with them. Never ever used it! They Emailed me that it ended in April 2024 and they were "sorry to see me go" Then in July, I am billed $890 for an annual subscription. THis makes no sense. They say they do not allow cancellations according to their terms and conditions. I disputed with Amex and the company ultimately did the refund
Response from UpLeadAug 6, 2024
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our service. We understand your frustration regarding the unexpected charge in July, especially after your free trial ended in April. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we processed a full refund and communicated this to you. The charge was indeed in accordance with our terms and conditions, but we acknowledge that a billing error led to the delayed charge. We deeply regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are taking steps to ensure such issues do not occur in the future.
