I had just signed up for the Essentials service and had been trying to use the service and frankly, it sucks. I spent 90 minutes combing through a search, and checking contacts for me to download, when I went to click back after trying to view a contact, and all my work was undone. I tried to load the saved search, and it didn't save any of my parameters. I'm also finding lots of false positive results in my search. Contacts that aren't even in the designated state, let alone the correct metro area. Also a significant number of contacts that were not even in the same industry as specified. Uplead seems to pad their results with contacts outside the parameters, either on purpose (which is shady) or out of ineptitude. Which is worse?

Purchased one month 99$ for unlimited leads and many of the email addresses were invalid and the emails that did go through I did not receive one potential customer. I canceled after the one month. I will look elsewhere.

Other reviewers are absolutely correct. They do not deliver more than 15% of what they promise on their lists and they charged me over $800 for an annual plan and then refused to refund me, however, after I posted a review here they contacted me and refunded me the $800 and switched me to a monthly plan for $90/month.
