I was scammed! I had a debit overnight without warning and without being contacted. I was charged 805 euros!! Flee! Never take a free trial on this site. Be very careful! J'ai été arnaqué ! Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un en direct ou au téléphone ! Other evaluators are quite right. They charged me over $800 for an annual plan and then refused to reimburse me. D’autres évaluateurs ont tout à fait raison. Ils m’ont facturé plus de 890 $ pour un plan annuel, puis ils ont refusé de me rembourser.

Signed up as a test user and did the consultation walk through with their person. The product worked good while we were being shown how to use it. We did not have any luck pulling any contact information and when we were able to pull it would show no phone numbers or email addresses. Told the contact it was not working and he extended the review period (or so he said). We noticed we were charged on the credit card and tried to call. No number that you can speak to anyone, you have to do this online. We were told the do not refund even though there product does not work..and we had cancelled once we noticed the charge so they shut off the service and we are still told no refund.

After the Post-Trial Period charge of annual fee and Refund issue, I have been in contact with UpLead's customer service. The Director of Customer Service, Dani, addressed my issues promptly. After some discussion, they have agreed to issue a full refund. I appreciate the company's readiness to resolve this matter and their willingness to engage with and listen to customer feedback. This response has significantly improved my perception of their customer service.

Other reviewers are absolutely correct. They do not deliver more than 15% of what they promise on their lists and they charged me over $800 for an annual plan and then refused to refund me, however, after I posted a review here they contacted me and refunded me the $800 and switched me to a monthly plan for $90/month.

Not GDPR compliant, processes personal emailaddresses which is not allowed under GDPR. When contacting the company using their chat to ask them to remove my info, they sign me up for their newsletter without my consent. Very SPAMMY like their software…

A big Scam company .. Automatically charging me monthly even if i don't wants to continue the services.

I had a really great experience using UpLead. I was able to filter and search for literally thousands of different business leads and was able to gain the contact information for the top decision makers at the companies I was looking to get into contact with; so even C-level executives. The phone numbers and email addresses are provided for all of the contacts and even information about the business such as how many employees etc. UpLead is actually a great tool for sourcing leads and getting in contact with the right people. Uplead do not inform you of their cancellation periods up front during the sign up process, nor do they provide any notice of automatic renewal of the subscription which at 2 months in a 12 month contract are long. No downgrade option is available within the end of the renewal period. They claim to have a pause option on their website which you can activate via the platform, but that is not available and is not specified in their T's and C's so their website is misleading on both counts. Avoid like the plague!
