Upheal has changed the way we complete clinical documentation at Mind of Peace Counseling. It has already saved countless hours of clinician time and it has provided deep insight into our work regarding the methodology we consistently utilize. Upheal even calculates the use of silence and how much time clinicians and clients talk in session as compared to one another. I feel like this product has helped me grow as a clinician and as a leader helping to shape future generations of clinicians. I think the most valuable gift Upheal has on offer is the ability to deeply connect with and focus on my clients instead of scrambling not to forget important details I want to put in my notes later.

From note taking for couples, specific plan strategies, and excellent capturing of sessions Upheal met and exceeded my expectations. Upheal is intuitive to use and through using it, I have been able to focus on the person during session thus connecting with my clients more in the moment. Thank you for your helpful and amazing product.

Upheal has been an absolute game changer for me! I was super critical at first and honestly wanted to hate it.. but after reviewing the notes it generated I was blown away! Not only was it very easy to use, it did a beautiful job of picking up on little details mentioned in sessions. It even outlined interventions I didn't actively realize I was using. The feedback you get from using this program alone is priceless!

EDIT: Customer service reached out within 1 business day and fixed the error. I meant to leave a review since then. The app is fantastic I continue to use it in session daily and don't worry as much as a provider about missing "details" in session. I have to update simple things you can't "hear" such as presentation-affect however everything else is captured well. Definitely 5 stars both for the service and the product itself. Loving the app not loving they double charged me a hold when I confirmed my first month in the app for billing. If they had done this for a year I will be pissed. Also not happy the hold is twice for 10 days. Features are great so far.

Easy to use, good customer service. I can tell they are continually developing to make it more friendly and more useful for therapists of all kinds. I find the notes to be comprehensive and insightful and even help me develop my own approaches to working with clients.

Upheal offers many features that other AI clinical note takers do not. The analytics set Upheal apart, the formatting of their notes with some customizeability, and more. However, the feature that, to me, sets Upheal apart from other AI clinical note takers is how well it detects who is the client and who is the clinician. I've used many at this point, and Upheal is so far, by far, the best at not putting things in notes that shouldn't be there. This is truly huge. When mental health providers pay for a service, it is supposed to make their job easier, not more tedious or create unnecessary errors that wouldn't have been there while taking notes traditionally. Upheal wins in that arena as far as I can tell.

Upheal is a great product. I really like how easy Upheal is to use and that it allows therapists to turn off opting in to training the LLM. I must say that comparing Upheal's customer service to my experience with another tech company on the same issue, I am even more appreciative of Upheal. To me, it matters most how a company treats its customers at the moment they most need help. And so five+ stars to Upheal!

Upheal has been a wonderful support in my clinical practice. The ease of use and the accuracy of the notes allows me more time to focus on my patients and have a better work life balance. Their support has been beyond any I have ever received. They seem to genuinly care about me as a user and any concerns I have. They are incredibly prompt and helpful. I love that they hold a SOC2 certification and the knowledge that they do everything they can to keep data secure. Increadibly grateful for this company.
