THE absolute best thing to happen to my medical career since my acceptance into med school. I've been using Upheal for exactly one year now, and I could cry thinking of all the time I might have saved over the years, keeping notes no one would ever read. Not only does Upheal do my notes for me? It does *superb* notes - the kind I'd do on my very best day. But being human, I don't have only "best days," and even then, I usually have to collapse afterwards. That is to say - this is a gamechanger. I'm so grateful to a therapist colleague who introduced me to Upheal, as well as to the company itself, who are friendly & responsive & never (ever) leave you wondering who's at the helm! Truthfully? In a year, I haven't had any tech issues at all (which is extraordinary for me) - my only need to contact them has been for suggestions on how to make the program even more "best" than it already is. If you're on the fence? Jump down and give it a try! I've started with the free sessions because I didn't have too many clients. I've signed up for the service and I've noticed recently that it doesn't always accurately record the sessions. It reads my voice as client and doesn't record the client's voice accurately. It's not always but from time to time I've noticed this. I am not able to record a telephone session via the app from my iPhone. My iPhone will not allow me to record a phone call. I've had to improvise in dictating the session note. All in all, it has been a useful tool. I have been able to devote time to the session and not note writing during the session. My clients appreciate that.

In the past the documentation would be my weak point but since I had the opportunity to use Upheal. It made things so much easier. For me, Upheal is worth every penny and without the stress of notes, made me much happier.

I cannot recommend Upheal enough! As a therapist with ADHD, I always struggled with getting my notes finished. Additionally, I made a couple of feature requests and an Upheal rep contacted me for more details which I truly appreciate.

I have been with upheal when it was still smallish. They take feedback seriously, have great customer service and are highly responsive. Their system is great! I am always up to date on my notes and treatment plans now. I have gotten hours back in my week. My attorney friend likes it and says it is great and she ought to know as she defends therapists! Upheal has been pivotal in keeping me organized and up to date. I so appreciate having it!

I am so impressed by this program! Perfect progress notes and it allows me more time to focus on my patients. I am able to increase my caseload without stressing about notes.

I had been struggling with a health condition that caused a visual impairment and that was impacting my ability to keep with documenting my sessions. A trusted colleague mentioned Up Heal as a possible solution for me...She was spot on. Up Heal has given me the ability to focus on my clients, not have to type (as much), and know that my documentation is completed all before my next session! Up Heal has saved me time, reduced my anxiety, and it has probably saved my practice! I especially like the analytics that it provides.

Upheal is great, the tech and customer support is amazing, they communicate great about updates or changes. It has truly simplified my office and ability to manage my workload. I used to struggle with work life balance due to notes, now I have great, thorough and easily edited notes so I can concentrate on myself and my clients.
