Since graduating I have been through two other EHRs (simple practice & sessions health), and was never happy paying through the nose for features I did not need. I have been SO very happy with Upheal. I first started using them just for their AI note transcription service. I was so happy with it that when they launched an EHR I jumped on it. It is AI supported which has made my life as a therapist so much better. Previously, my notes were skimpy at best, and I was always weeks behind with writing them. I know I am a much better therapist because of the assistance and support that I get through the AI assistant. Also, the support team is always super responsive and helpful; they are constantly adding new features, and really listen to feedback. I cannot recommend Upheal enough!

There are many EMRs out there, but in my 15+ years of documenting, working with, and now running my own practice, I can say I've been very pleased not only with their structure and delivery of a great product, but also with how they execute everything. For me, most importantly, they listen to us therapists, and they take everything into consideration when it comes to the needs of the therapist, how we run our businesses, and what our clients need. They have been very, very helpful. In many ways, they are still a young company, and there are growing pains, but that's OK because they're looking to grow and they're looking to help. My user experience has been an A and maybe even an A+. I would recommend them to be open and honest and converse with them, as they will hear what you have to say. And to make the proper changes

I am really enjoying my experience with Upheal, I have been using it for 3 months and have been part of the insurance billing integration, which I was looking forward to. What drew me to Upheal was the fact that you are not charged a fixed rate, to me it makes more sense to be charged only by what is used, per client. The platform is extremely intuitive, easy to navigate, and any time I have had a glitch or issue, customer service was on it right away and resolved the problem pretty quickly. I am also amazed at how they take into account users experience, and work diligently to incorporate suggestions posted on their "request a feature" board onto their platform, making it a better platform day by day! There may still be a few things they need to work on, are diligently working on, and I have no doubt the platform will continue to grow and improve as they incorporate ideas from their users. So far they have proven to listen to what users are asking, and that is very refreshing and keeps me recommending the platform to other therapists!

While it would be nice if Upheal's chat function were available through normal business hours on the west coast, I am very impressed with how quickly they get back to me every time I have a question outside of their business hours. Highly recommend!

I live this EHR. It has everything you could want. Templates, AI scribe. Forms. Separate place for therapist notes apart from progress notes. The AI assistant gives good feedback in real time when asked. It helps me prep for sessions and can provide me with full case consultations and point out where I'm overlooking as a therapist. I especially like their support, I ask a question or make a ticket and they get back to me right away to let me know they're working on it and update me when the problem is resolved.

Upheal has revolutionised my experience as a therapist. It has freed up a significant amount of time, particularly around notes, summaries and admin, while also improving the quality and consistency of my work. It is intuitive, easy to use, and thoughtfully designed around the real needs of clinicians. Rather than feeling like another system to manage, it supports the way I work and helps me stay more present with clients. At this point, it covers everything I need and has become an essential part of my practice.

Upheal is amazing! Creating functions that I didn't even realize I needed. For example, the Assistant helped me correctly diagnose a client who was misdiagnosed as well as create a new treatment plan. I love all the whistles and bells and plan to migrate from my current EHR when the insurance piece is out in the summer.
