I bought the UColor T6 16" 4K portable monitor from UPERFECT a few months ago. The screen itself is fantastic — extremely bright (perfect for outdoor use), very sharp with that high 4K resolution, and overall a great portable monitor for the price. Unfortunately, after some time I discovered a dead pixel right in the center of the screen. It was quite noticeable and distracting during normal use. I contacted customer support with photos, and they responded quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was how they handled the situation. They arranged a replacement without any hassle. Throughout the entire process, the support team was responsive, understanding, and solution-oriented. I never felt like just another ticket — they genuinely wanted to make things right. I’m now very satisfied with both the product and especially the after-sales service. In today’s world, this kind of customer care is rare and highly appreciated. I bought a 24 inch touch panel from UPerfect , it came with a defect. i was offered a substantial discount or a replacement monitor. I was guided by customer support all the way and recieved my monitor in perfect condition and very fast, within days. The product is great , very good color reproduction and picture quality. Hard to find such good quality and a touch screen. Will definetly buy more for myself and my business from them

A monitor I ordered ended up with a significant hardware failure while still within the warranty period. Uperfect replaced it under warranty and covered the shipping for free! Thanks again Jelly

The portable monitor i bought was working as intended and the quality was pretty good. I had to RMA it after one year because of a USB-C issue. Customer service replied instantly and after the troubleshoot did not work, they immediately issued a replacement monitor. Would recommend. I would buy from UPERFECT again.
