Good customer service when there was a delay.

I bought a portable monitor from them that was labeled as open box, however It looked like it was brand new. It works great and was as described. They even worked with me since it did not have a feature I like to use on my computer. They were flexible and found a way to ensure I was happy with the product. Great company!

I bought a monitor that required customs and duties to be paid. Although this was supposed to already have been paid in advanced during checkout, i was charged again later on the process. UPERFECT was great enough to follow through with reimbursing me with the import fees that i had to pay for additionally. They even gave me a 20 percent off for my next purchase!!!
