The products themselves are excellent, but the service was unacceptable. I waited eleven weeks and several items never arrived. There was no proactive communication at any point and I had to follow up every update myself. Strong products cannot compensate for such poor customer service. I would not order here again.

Products are ok, a bit on the expensive side. However be careful because they don't follow European laws. As a consumer I have the right of free return, no questions asked. They simply refused to comply. So if there were a problem with the product, good luck with it By the way, I ordered a certain model and I received another. Differences are only in the appearance, not in functionalities, nonetheless it is disappointing

1. Longer delivery than advertised; the phone number I entered was missed and courier had problems with contacting me 2. buttons and plugs for connecting to pc are on the opposite sides, so one can't put the display on the shorter edge

I purchased the Uperfect dual monitors with the expectation they would work as advertised, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. At no point on Uperfect’s website or in any of their information materials does it state that, in order to use the dual monitors outside of a direct computer connection, you must use a “single-input, two-output docking station.” This is a critical piece of information that completely changes the setup requirements. Because this was never disclosed, I purchased a docking station that is now completely incompatible. This has become a very expensive mistake—entirely due to Uperfect’s lack of transparency. To make matters worse, Uperfect’s customer support has been unhelpful. My emails have gone round in circles with no real solutions, and instead of addressing the actual problem, their only suggestion was for me to purchase yet another docking station—at additional cost to me. This is not a fair or honest way to treat customers. The lack of clear product information and the dismissive approach from support has left me with a product I cannot fully use and unexpected costs I should never have incurred. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing Uperfect monitors to be fully aware of the hidden requirements and the poor after-sales support. Not to mention the lack of resolution from a company that prides themselves as being the leaders in "Building work stations". Very disappointing.

We bought a portable 21 inch touch monitor. It had a dead touch area out of the box center left of the screen. 3 weeks of support exchange with videos demonstrating that the monitor was faulty and their ‘technical team’ continues to say that the screnn is working as expected and that they won’t do anything about it. Shocking ignorance example of bad manufacturing support. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Zeer slechte kwaliteit van hardware. De OLED schermen vertonen dode pixels, de navigatie knoppen gaan kapot na enkele maanden en de instellingen worden niet onthouden. De service na verkoop is slecht. Ze bieden minderwaardige replacements aan en geven tegen de wetgeving in geen volledige terugbetaling. Koop hier niet. Je wordt opgelicht met chinese rommel.
