They replaced my monitor quickly (while I was in Thailand!) and even made exceptions to accommodate my circumstances. Their customer service has been nothing short of amazing—responsive, understanding, and incredibly professional. I’m truly impressed by the quality of both their products and their support. I am highly impressed with this monitor and the experience it provides. The functionality of the stacked dual screens is significantly more effective than the widescreen monitor I previously used. Additionally, its portability is incredibly convenient, and it fits perfectly in my laptop backpack, making it easy to carry and set up wherever I need it. This monitor is simply outstanding.

Good customer support.

Perfect screen with high specs: 2K - 18" - 144 Hz. The first one I ordered had a stuck pixel (which is normal to happen). I contacted the support and they were highly responsive and replaced it with a new one rapidly. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience.
