I am still waiting for my refund and have heard nothing except that they intend to have all customers refunded over the next 90 days that was over 7 months ago and still have heard nothing regards my refund, I am very angry that I have had no explanation as regards to when I will get my refund

I purchased my hotel stay last year. When I went to look at booking dates I discovered your no longer operational, with no email explanation. I followed the link requesting my refund in January, 2022. Still no confirmation. It says it will be refunded in 90 days. NOT TRUE!! It is now MAY and still no refund. I am writing to express my unhappiness and request this be address immediately.

A s….y company! He doesn't even have a phone number! I paid for the hotel two years ago! He says they covid 19 and closed the hotels, but the hotels have been open for 1 year! Everyone says he gives them their money back, but he never returned anything! It's a scam! Covid 19 was used as a pretext to deceive the world!

I applied for a refund in January. No one answers my e-mails. A Mr. Colligan is supposed to be the POC but I can't find any information on him.

I lost a substantial amount of money and have been following up for refunds. No one seems to even acknowledge my purchase. Will I get the money??
