I hike. I car or tent camp. I love Jasper and Banff but its too expensive to stay in a room. This allowed me to book an unplanned ‘extra’ hiking getaway in a nice place downtown Banff and invite a friend to join me. I have booked a room and hope to have a great experience. If that happens I will skip car camping and consider going for a ski weekend. I have time but limited funds so this works for me.

Lots of inter room noise Certainly not 4 star as suggested Nothing available in kitchen except a sink no microwave or toaster Very tired There are 4 Mantra properties in Port Douglas In the Village location was excellent With all the accomodation available would prefer not to stay here again

I had to change the dates of my travel time with my booking and I didn't think I was able to do it but the lovely lady that I was communicating with via email got it all sorted for me and I had a last minute family issue and that was the reason why I couldn't go on the date that I selected

GREAT SERVICE AND PRICE THANKS, MY ONLY CONCERN IS THAT I LIVE IN NEW SOUTH WALES AND BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS QUEENSLAND HAS FULLY CLOSED ITS BORDERS, WE CAN'T GET IN, IF IT STILL LIKE THAT IN JANUARY IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO POSTPONE THE DATE OR GET A REFUND AS IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS, KIND REGARDS
