We booked a trip to New York for August 23, 2021 to August 28 and unsold cancelled our reservation without notifying us. We went to their website and they're down due to covid. I have submitted for a refund and they have not refunded my money or replied. Does anyone have a contact for them.

I paid for a Santorini holiday £262 in January 2021, only to receive notification that the company has ceised operations. How do I get my money back, used debit card to pay I suppose that is it, money gone and am so angry. Any idea how I can get my money back I just want my money.

Is there any class action group against unsold.com to join to get our money back

I contacted my credit card company they in turn called Unsold and put them on the line with me. Unsold then was able to refund one of the charges to my credit card and the other two to Paypal. And if you dont have Paypal they will send you a secure e-mail to provide some additional information to be able to provide you with the refund. Sounds like Unsold is living up to its commitments

I lost money as well, but my only worry is, is that they come back as another company, since they've got the taste of making easy money.

I’m out over $1000 because the business shuttered and won’t answer any emails requesting a refund.
