The app is annoying sometimes because everything has to be done on it! Dial out, text, etc etc etc!

Signed up for 14 day trial
Signed up for 14 day trial. The trial defaults to a $30. 5gb plan with no choice for any other low cost plan. Did not use service as the phone I was using was carrier locked and could not get it unlocked in time. Was charged the $30. and immediately requested a plan change and refund. There answer is a flat no to a refund 0f $20. which is the difference between the plan I want and the one I was charged for. What kind of customer service is this. It's not like I used any of the service or waiting 2 weeks to make the request. This is a indication no doubt of the companies overall service level and how they value customers. And this was the representatives response. "Hello John, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Don't forget to include the picture below on future reviews:" Hope a supervisor sees this.

Unreal BAD.
Unreal BAD. I told that I will be able to use my new flip phone . I got SIM card from them for $ 11 , than they told me my phone is NOT compatible . After that I tried to cancel my account with them but they could not find my account . But Unreal charged me $ 33 . For WHAT ??? Customer rep. would not listen you , talking with you at the same time , like a robot . My lost $ 44 Ha.. Good Luck .

Customer Service is so bad it's "UNREAL"
STAY AWAY! Ordered a refurbished phone from Unreal. Didn't work. Tried to exchange. Had no working phone or service for two months. Was still charged for service. After 2 months of trying to resolve the issue I finally gave up and tried to cancel service and request a refund. That took another week and three hours waiting on the phone. Response time was over 5 days for each call or help ticket request. Terrible, terrible, terrible. There are other low cost cell services. Avoid this one at all cost!!

Just started this service
Just started this service. Had trouble setting it up via the website, but, once I got the activation process started on the phone (My T-Mobile LG Arista, unlocked) it went flawlessly. Even the porting of my number took only hours, not days. Have not used any data, yet, but the service works flawlessly for talk, and text using my wifi. You cannot beat the price of this service anywhere.
