I Love the service! It's better than I expected. The plans are super affordable

Good service didnt have very many problems. Except blotchy calls where other caller couldnt hear me.

I called in to start service, and was offered 1 year of service for $99.00 (in advance ) and a free simcard. The sim card didn't show up, and after 2 weeks, at my request they sent a sim card. I then ported my number. After numerous calls for help to customer service, they never were able to give me cellular service, outside my home (only wireless at my house). I had to cancel service and pot my number to a different company. They would not refund any of the $99.00 I paid for 1 year of service, that they did not provide.

This is the best priced service for Talk+Text+Data I was able to find in the USA. It is the most suitable for people who are not large data users or if you want to limit the data usage. I bought two lines bot with 1GB of data, one for my 13 years old son since I do not want him to be constantly browsing Internet and one for my wife who is not very good wit technology and 1GB of data is plenty for her. For users that need more data I think there are better plans available from other providers. Also be aware that tethering is not available and the unlimited texting is actually capped at 5,000 texts / month (my teenage son actually got there).

This is a serious MESSAGE to ALL of US citizens! Do NOT Purchase any products with UNREAL MOBILE. I purchased two activations and two plans at the cost of $10.00 a piece for each phone and I had to pay $9.99 a piece for activation. They did not provide me with a service at all and refused to give me my money this is THEFT! WARNING!

I now have two lines with Unreal Mobile on their GSM 4G LTE network and am completely satisfied. I live in a somewhat rural area and my previous T-Mobile service was sometimes too spoty as I traveled around my home town area. Unreal Mobile's coverage/service has been overall a better experience without the "dead zones" I experienced before. The pricing options for the plans are in my opinion are a great value. The mobile app that you have to use with the service is pretty decent. The app provides a nice overview of your service usage and plan details along with housing your text messages. The ability to adjust your plan and settings from the Unreal Mobile app is also a nice feature. Other niceties of the service plans is roll-over data which is great if you typically have good wifi and can save the 4G data for when you really need it and also when you do run out you are just throttle back to a slower speed and not completely cut off or billed overages. The last thing I noticed in the plan settings is the ability to throttle your own speeds to help stretch out your data. I've had this turned on for a few months and it works flawlessly and appears to limit you to about 3MB download speeds which honestly is enough speed for almost all phone related data tasks. I think this is neat little feature to apply to a child's line. The second line I added was for my daughter as an x-mas gift. I purchased a new unlocked Android phone from a major online retailer and ordered a Unreal Mobile SIM card. The service was quick and easy to setup following the instructions on the SIM card packaging. My daughter is absolutely loving her new phone/service and is so excited to have her very own phone number.

So far as advertised with no issues. As much data as you need.

I purchased an unlocked gsm cell phone (LG V20 ) and then purchased a gsm sim card 3 month prepaid which I activated on December 3rd ,2018.Everything works except outgoing phone calls because their Unreal App crashes every time I open it.I contacted their customer support and received no help to resolve this problem because they are clueless.Do not use ! I am forced to use Hangouts dialer,I hope it continues to work.Fix your stupid Unreal App !
