Honestly one of the best sellers I’ve dealt with, I don’t like contacting customer service cause usually I think of the worst but I got over that and emailed abt the power up ring cause I had lost mine and was gonna buy another but it sold out, sent the email and a few days later he was more than willing to help which meant a lot because I had a lot of memories linked with the ring itself, didn’t take too long for him to respond and even if it did I wouldn’t be bothered by it cause he goes above and beyond. The product is just like how I remember and still has great weight to it🥹 it was truly an amazing experience with him

Low Quality

I've purchased from them multiple times, first I took a risk and decided to pay for the little big planet bracelet and it actually arrived! Some time later I paid for a frutiger aero bracelet and a necklace in that same category, the necklace was fantastic and I loved the chain they used on it. Unfortunately a few days after arriving the frutiger bracelet had its charm fall off and I js shelved it and forgot about the bracelet, recently as in MONTHS after I purchased it - I reached out to the company support team and they quickly offered a FULL bracelet replacement given that I would pay for shipping. I live in a bad area so shipping came out to be a bit over 10 dollars and I was kinda stuck with saving money at the time but then out of no where the support team member just covered it and shipped out the replacement, which is just like wow thanks for the amazing help man. I love this company and if you can afford them, I say go for it!!

Poor quality, terrible communication. Also they are trying to trademark frutiger aero even though they did not create it. thats completely evil please do not support this company

I ordered the unjust vista bracelet in 2023 and it came in 2024. The shipping was great and the bracelet looked awesome. But after a few weeks, one of the charms fell out. I saw that others also had that problem. I wrote them an email but unfortunately they never answered.

I ordered the Frutiger Aero Perfume 30mL and im so glad this shop was the one behind such a good scent! The packaging was incredible. It was a sleek design with an awesome sound chip that played a frutiger aero audio when opened. This was not disappointing! Neither was the perfume itself. In the first 10-20 minutes the two notes seem to clash, but then they both sink in and mix together in such a nice way. It smells just how you would expect frutiger aero to smell like. I will be wearing this all spring and summer!!!!

Like many other reviewers said… charms fell off way too quickly :( for the price of the bracelet and it being stainless steel i hoped it would last longer but now I think I’ll have to glue it back on?? Also wouldn’t bother with the stickers they sell :/
