Would not buy again. Ordered a vinyl it’s taking them over 10 days to even ship it out even though they printed the tracking number 9 days ago. I emailed for a update haven’t heard back

From their products to their support, it’s all amazing and couldn’t ask for more coming from a small business that cares about their product and fan/consumer base!

I ordered a perfume that unjust made with RomancePlanet and they both claimed that it smelt like the backrooms. My perfume arrives 3 months after ordering it and it only arrived to my house yesterday I opened to box expecting a big spray bottle but no I open the box and see the tiniest bottle of perfume in the box and I smell the perfume and it smelt like men’s cologne/spray deodorant rather then what the both claimed it to smell like. My honest review for this company is 3 stars.

Just an incredible set of unique products. The Backrooms perfume in particular. Everything's so well packaged and thoughtfully designed. To top it all off, amazing customer support, shoutout Dawson.

I've placed multiple orders for various items (the N64 wallet, sticker packs, and a few of the bottled perfume/colognes), and all of the items I've ever received have been very nice quality :) The Backrooms scent is really nice especially, I guess I can best describe it as a refined musk with a calming undertone. It's not overwhelming and it settles nicely throughout the day - very nice indeed!

It's in a paper box that is falling apart, the opening already ripped off, the perfume smell is the most generic thing ever to me. I paid 40 bucks for something that if I saw it at like a market, I'd give it 5 bucks max I pre ordered the backrooms perfume before coming across numerous accusations. They are quite known for their bad quality, overpricing and unethical business practices in the frutiger community Wont buy from them again Gonna try to get my money back

so far ive purchased 3 perfumes and i love all 3. i emailed the company asking about my order and some concerns and i was taken care of. customer service is 10/10 i will be purchasing more. for the backrooms perfume - how he made it smell “dusty” is beyond me but i am very impressed he was able to make that happen
